Carmelized nuts

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups raw nuts (cashews, almonds and Brazil nuts)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

    1. In frying pan, heat salt, cinnamon, sugar and water.
    2. Add nuts and cook until beginning to crystallize.
    3. Cool and break clusters.
